Hi, I am Shweta - an Executive Search Consultant and the Founder of one of the fastest growing boutique search firm in India – Connections.

I have earlier worked in Times Group and Adecco before starting my own search firm. Clients hire me for my expertise in hiring quality manpower in mid/senior levels across industry verticals and functions. Over the past 16 years I have worked extensively on these Services areas across various Industries. A majority of these have been at Senior Leadership Levels with my clients.

I am passionate about my work I do and continue to update my knowledge practice and credentials. I have built my team from scratch and currently have a 25+ member team who help Fortune 500 companies, large Indian business houses and start-ups to help in their hiring requirements.

I have launched a HR Newsletter in 2020 – Let’s Talk Talent, where I publish views of esteemed HR professionals on a frequent basis which help me and my viewers learn from the industry stalwarts of HR.
