The promotion of Sudhanshu Pathak to Vice President-Human Resources has been announced by JK Tyre & Industries, the parent firm of the JK Organization.

Sudhanshu Pathak most recently served as Head- HR & OD before this. In this position, he oversaw organisational development and human resources as they worked continuously to uphold JK Tyre’s core values of care, integrity, and commitment to excellence.

With more than 25 years of corporate experience in India and internationally, Sudhanshu is an expert in general human resources, learning and development, talent management, leadership, and culture in the context of critical business domains.

Sudhanshu is taking a brief sabbatical from his position as a professor to teach courses in consulting, leadership development, corporate training, and leadership & strategy. He was committed to improving other people’s lives as well as the lives of organisations. He was also a dedicated teacher and business educator.

In addition to HR Systems and Processes, Sudhanshu has competence in Leadership and Development, Organization Development, Talent Management, Assessment & Development Centers, Master Assessors, and Executive Coaching.

Prior to joining JK Tyre & Industries, Sudhanshu worked as a General and Strategic Management Professor at the Jaipuria Institute of Management. In this capacity, he was in charge of planning, creating, and delivering leadership, general management, and outbound workshops across the corporate landscape and on campuses.

During his ten years at LG Electronics, Sudhanshu conceptualised and carried out a number of ground-breaking projects while working from the company’s global headquarters in Seoul. He oversaw competency-based evaluation and development interventions for high-potentials (HIPOs) around the world as the head of global talent management.

Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.), Behavioral Competencies & Performance, awarded to Sudhanshu by the University of Delhi’s Faculty of Management Studies. At the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur, he earned his M Tech in Human Resource Development & Management.
