With over 14 years of experience in the HR function domain, Ashish has led HR for numerous multinational firms. He is a committed HR leader.

Prior to it, he was managing over 4000 on-roll and 12000 off-roll personnel while employed by Delhivery Ltd. as HR Director for its Supply Chain Vertical.

He founded HR SAMPARK, a nonprofit trust that focuses on HR Conclaves, Knowledge Sharing, Industry-Academia Events, and CSR Activities, and he presently serves as its National President. establishing Chapters in Kolkata, Mumbai, and the NCR.

He previously held positions with Compass Group where he oversaw the People Function for their hospitality vertical and with Reliance Retail where he led HRBP for the JIO MART.

He has previously worked with prestigious organizations including MerieuxNutrisciences, Qatar Airways, and Voltas Ltd. (A Tata Enterprise).

He began working for the IRCTC as a Supervisor in the crucial hospitality and human resource areas, and in 2010 he left the government service.
