Atul is a human resources specialist with more than 16 years of in-depth experience in HR technology, product design, management consulting, leadership development, strategy planning, shared services, C&B, and OD interventions across a variety of international business verticals.
He stands out for having established quality procedures to attain business excellence and having a comprehensive awareness of the corporate HR trends in the sector. He has demonstrated skill in corporate strategy & planning and has successfully scaled up systems and processes as a growth enabler.
Analysis of significant business issues, evolution, and alignment of HR activities with short- and long-term organizational challenges/goals are some of Atul’s specialties.
He has a strong interest in themes such as HR Technology Simplifies Work-Life, Change Management, Organizational Development, Talent Management, HR Transformation, and Leadership Development. He has conducted numerous people interventions over the past few years to aid organizations and their leaders in realizing their full potential.
In areas like Shared Services Operations, Performance Management, Talent Acquisition, Employee Engagement, Leadership Development, HR Technology, Talent Acquisition, and Compensation, Atul has worked extensively on all parts of HR and related Technology.
He worked as an HR and HR Tech Advisor in consulting before joining Spice Money. Atul previously worked for OYO as the HR Head – OYO Tech.
Atul previously held the position of AVP – HR, Technology Transitions & Consulting at PeopleStrong. In this capacity, he has assisted the company in modifying and implementing digital HR solutions to improve the employee experience. He has developed a framework for HR Analytics. Through HR Transformation initiatives, he increased productivity by 25% and process efficiency by 45%.
In the past, He has also collaborated with businesses including Puma Energy, PwC, IBM, and Hexaware Technologies.
From the Balaji Institute of Modern Management, Atul earned a master’s degree in business administration. He graduated from Shri RamdeobabaKamla Nehru Engineering College with a bachelor’s degree in engineering.
