Company Name: – A Fintech startup (A mobile app based lending platform that provides instant and paperless micro loans to college students and young working professionals in India.

Job Description:

  • You will lead the strategic planning and daily execution of acquisition and retention marketing activities, as well as owning the overall customer treatment from their initial awareness of the Company’s brand, into the considerations funnel, and through to conversion and then retention
  • You will need to create a marketing strategy across multiple channels, with a focus on online, and build and manage a team to execute on the strategy
  • You will need to keenly measure and track all relevant metrics to measure effectiveness and impact and be familiar with various tools used to analyze and visualize data
  • You will need determine the right trade-off between in-house and outsourced expertise and find the right partners to whom specialized marketing functions can be outsourced

Responsibilities:

  • You have 8+ years of work experience and 5+ years of digital consumer marketing experience
  • You have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably with a specialization in marketing
  • You have extensively worked with a large number of affiliates and publishers, including
  • Google and Facebook, to drive user acquisition at scale with appropriate ROI
  • You are familiar with attribution tools such as Appsflyer and Branch
  • You are familiar with customer engagement tools such as Moengage and Clevertap
  • You love data and analytics and understand how to use complex customer and transaction data to inform acquisition and retention
  • You have been a part of fast-growing consumer or e-commerce business that has goneb from zero to millions of MAUs
  • You know how to create acquisition loops through SEO, UGC, referral, and paid media
  • You are a self-starter and work independently and effectively with little oversight
  • You are excited about the opportunity to work very hard (we love what we do and it
  • expands beyond 9-5) in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with high energy to build something incredible
  • You can think out of the box to develop new and innovative marketing strategies
  • You can get more done with less, and don’t necessarily need big budgets to deliver
