Adidas, the second-biggest sportswear manufacturer in the world and the largest in Europe, has promoted Parul Malhotra to the position of Senior Director of Human Resources for South East Asia. Before this, she most recently held the position of HR Head, Thailand.

“I’m glad to share that I’m starting a new position as Sr. Director- HR, South East Asia at Adidas,” declared Parul in response to the social media post.

She has extensive expertise in the HR field dating back over 18 years. Parul has been connected to Adidas for more than 14 years and has served in a number of executive capacities.

Prior to working for Adidas, Parul worked as the Head of Strategic Initiatives for Keane. Additionally, she was an HR Business Partner HR at Patni Computer Systems in the past.

From SCMHRD, Pune, Parul earned a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Human Resources & Marketing. She earned a BA with honours in sociology from Sri Venkateswara College, DU.
