Rashmi Prabha has been promoted by Wipro Ltd from her most recent position as Head HR – GTM iCORE APMEA (Asia Pacific Middle East and Africa) at Wipro to Global Head- HR, Cloud & Infrastructure Services (CIS).

She will be in charge of managing all aspects of human resources for the division’s Cloud & Infrastructure Services.

She has been connected to Wipro since 2013. With 18 years of broad and varied expertise in business HR, compensation & benefits, HR integration, and talent acquisition, Rashmi is an HR professional. Additionally, she has practical experience in operations and policy integration for mergers and acquisitions.

Rashmi was connected to SAP Labs before she joined Wipro in 2013. She was in charge of Base Pay Lead for the Asia Pacific Japan region in this capacity. For programmes to be current, competitive, and compliant with legal requirements, she also established, assessed, and amended benefits policies.

Rashmi previously worked at Hewlett Packard as the HR Manager. She spent more than seven years working for the company. She managed end-to-end people function responsibilities while handling HR Generalist functions serving 1500+ employees in this job.

Rashmi is a Xavier Institute of Social Service graduate. As an Associate Consultant, she began her career with PeopleOne Consulting.
