Rishi Tiwari has been appointed as Vice President of Human Resources by a life insurance company, Max Life Insurance.

Rishi is a graduate of the XLRI in Jamshedpur and the Indian Institute of Management in Bangalore. He has extensive expertise in handling recruitments, talent management, labour relations, training, performance management, compensation & benefits, HR Business Partnership, and driving change and strategic HR projects. He is an enthusiastic human resource professional.
Prior to joining Max Life Insurance, Rishi worked as the cluster director of human resources for Hilton, one of the top worldwide hotel chains. He was employed by the company for over six years.
Rishi formerly held the position of Associate Director of Human Resources at the Hyatt Regency Delhi. He received four promotions at Hyatt during his employment. He had been affiliated with the Hyatt Regency for more than five years.
From October 2010 to January 2012, Rishi was a Senior Human Resources Executive at The Lalit Hotel. His employment history also includes spells at Accor, Lekha Micro Plastics, and Best Western® Hotels & Resorts.
Rishi graduated with a master’s degree in Business Administration from the Usha and Lakshmi Mittal Institute of Management at Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan. He received his graduation degree from Delhi University.
