Rishi Wadhwani has been appointed as Vice President-Human Resources by JPMorgan Chase & Co., a leading global financial services company with operations serving clients in more than 100 countries.

Rishi Wadhwani has about 13 years of broad expertise in technology, analytics, and HR-related fields.

People analytics, programme management, digital transformation, compensation and benefits, product management, project management, performance management, and stakeholder management are among Rishi’s areas of specialization.

Rishi Wadhwani was employed at Jio as the Lead HR Programs and People Analytics before joining JPMorgan Chase & Co. For Jio Platforms Limited, he was overseeing HR Programs, Analytics, HR Platforms, and Project Management. Through a variety of initiatives and technological advancements, he was assisting the Organization in bettering the employee experience.

Rishi formerly worked as an HR Analyst with AGS Transact Technologies Ltd. He was in charge of HR Analytics, Process Automation and Digitization, Performance Management Systems, Formulation & Implementation of Policies & Processes, Implementation of HR Systems, and HR Operations & Strategy.

Tata Institute of Social Sciences graduate Rishi. He previously held positions at Tikona as Product Manager – Fixedline and SterlingBackcheck as CRM Developer.

Rishi graduated from Thadomal Shahani Engineering College with a Bachelor of Engineering in Information Technology.
