Samir Prakash has been named the chief human resource officer at Adani Enterprises.

In a LinkedIn post, Prakash stated, “I’m excited to announce that I’m beginning a new position as Chief Human Resource Officer at Adani Enterprises Limited.

Prakash has more than 33 years of extensive experience in a variety of industries, including manufacturing, services, telecom, IT, ITES, and business process outsourcing.

Prakash served as Senior Vice President-HR & Admin at Indian Energy Exchange before joining Adani Enterprises. Prior to that, he held the position of Head of Talent Strategy & Transformation at SRK Tele Tele Energy (India).

Prakash has also held positions as Director of HR (HR Business Partner) at Ericsson India and Practice Head – Employee Life Cycle Management at Optiwize Consulting. He began his work in January 1990 at Jubilant Life Sciences as a welfare officer.

In addition to having a PG Diploma in Industrial Relations & Personnel Management from the Institute of Productivity & Management, Lucknow, Prakash also holds a Law Degree (LLB) from the University of Lucknow.
