Sanyukta’s duties in her position at Novotel Pune will include helping to create and manage annual budgets for her division, completing recurring cost and productivity assessments, creating HR SOPs and P&Ps, and creating and finalizing MOS and union wage agreements.

With almost 15 years of expertise in Human Resources Management within the hotel industry, Sanyukta Gholap is a dynamic human resources specialist. She has substantial expertise in building up HR functions in several pre-opening hotel units and exposure to all HR functions with an international network of hotels.

Sanyukta Gholap announced her new role as Novotel Pune Nagar Road-Director Accor’s of Talent and Culture on social media, saying, “I’m thrilled to convey that I’m starting a new post as Director Talent and Culture.”

Sanyukta Gholap oversaw the Human Resources Department at Courtyard by Marriott Pune Hinjewadi for more than five years before she joined Novotel Pune. She has ties to businesses like Oberoi Hotels’ Trident Bandra Kurla in Mumbai, Le Meridien Mahabaleshwar Resort & Spa, and Accor Hotels’ Mercure Lavasa & Lavasa International Convention Centre.

Sanyukta obtained her Bachelor of Science in Hotel Management from the Institute of Hotel Management Gangtok in addition to her Master’s in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources from Savitribai Phule Pune University in 2012.
