Srinivasan J has been named Head of Human Resources at Pine Labs, a top merchant commerce omnichannel platform.

Srinivasan J announced his new position as Pine Labs’ Head of HR Services on social media, saying, “I’m thrilled to share that I have begun a new role at a prominent Fintech company with an excellent leadership team and some wonderful new colleagues! #newjob“

Srinivasan J is a skilled human resources expert with close to three decades of experience, 13 of which were spent in the fields of HR operations and HR transformation in a shared services setting.

HR Generalist, Head of Reward and Benefits, HR Transformation Lead, and Head of HR Shared Services are just a few of the HR positions that Srinivasan J has had over his professional career. He has played a key role in advancing the bigger HR Agenda and partnering with the Business and Global HR Transformation team to bring about change because he is a thought leader.

Srinivasan J formerly worked for Diageo as Vice President-HR Operations, Diageo Business Services India, before joining Pine Labs. In this position, he was managing various Hire to Retire scope of services including Onboarding, Offboarding, Talent Ops, Global Reward & Benefits Ops, Global Learning Operations, HR Reporting, and HR Help Desk Services across Budapest, Bangalore, and Manila centers while providing HR Shared Services to 26000 employees globally.

Earlier, Srinivasan J was working with Vodafone, Concio Inc, Hutchison Max Telecom Orange, and Elbee Express Pvt Ltd.

Srinivasan J is an alumnus of the Indian School of Business. He completed his graduation from University of Madras.
