Vaibhav Dalal has been appointed to the position of Senior Director of Human Resources, according to nference (India HR Leader).

To address pressing healthcare issues, nference is automating the biomedical knowledge of the world. Venky Soundararajan, PhD, and Murali Aravamudan jointly created the business.

“I’m glad to report that I’m commencing a new position as Sr Director Human Resources (India HR Leader) at nference,” Vaibhav wrote in a social media post confirming the news.

Vaibhav is a seasoned HR expert with over 20 years of experience in a variety of HR responsibilities and locations.

He spent more than six years working for Amazon before joining nference. Prior to this, he worked for Wipro, GE, and ICICI Bank Ltd., where he held a number of senior positions.

Vaibhav graduated from Symbiosis International University with a master’s degree in personnel management and human resources.
