The Coca-Cola Company, a maker of many kinds of beverages, names Karan Bhalla as Director of Human Resources for Eurasia and the Middle East.
He was previously employed by Americana Foods as HR Director of Talent, Rewards, and Culture. He worked there from August 2021 to October 2022.
“I’m thrilled to share that I’m commencing a new position as HR Director at The Coca-Cola Company – Eurasia & Middle East,” stated Karan Bhalla in a social media post confirming the news.
Karan is a management consultant, HR expert, and certified coach who helps firms reach their maximum potential by focusing on their culture and people. In the HR field, he has more than 16 years of expertise.
Organization Design, Executive Coaching & Change Management, Talent Development, Performance Enablement, Rewards (Compensation & Benefits), HR function leadership, business partnering, and value/benefit realization for business and IT transformations are some of his specialties. He is also skilled in rewards (compensation & benefits) and rewards management.
Karan formerly worked as a Director for the top global professional services company EY. For more than 9 years, he has served in a variety of senior positions with the company.
Prior to this, Karan worked as a Senior Consultant, Strategy & Transformation, for global IT giant IBM. He began his career as the Lead, Rewards & Recognition, Talent Management at Mahindra Satyam.
IMT, Ghaziabad is where Karan Bhalla obtained his Master’s degree in Business Administration. At Delhi University, he earned his B.A. (Hons.) in Economics.
