Raj K. Mallavarapu has been appointed Group Chief Human Resources Officer of Swiss-Indian food and technology platform company Innoterra. Mallavarapu will oversee Innoterra’s global HR divisions from a base in Mumbai.
A statement from a Fortune 500 company said that Mallavarapu, who has more than 18 years of experience at the nexus of talent and transformation, has held leadership roles in HR, business strategy, and digital transformation. These companies include Saint-Gobain Group, Monsanto Company, and Bayer AG.

Mallavarapu is a graduate of Andhra University with a Degree in Commerce and an MBA in Human Resources from the Symbiosis Institute of Business Management (SIBM), Pune. Also, from the IMD Business School in Switzerland, he has completed Senior Executive Programmes in Digital Transformation and Business Analytics.
More than 1300 people are employed by Innoterra, which also collaborates closely with important farming communities and partners. Through its sales and distribution network in India, the Middle East, and South-East Asia, it manages the sale of quality-assured traceable farm products, according to the statement.
